Delete your account

This removes your Everion membership for good. It cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your name, email, phone number, password, Google or Apple sign-in link, WhatsApp setting and every device sign-in.

What is kept

An anonymous record of past points and purchases, with no name attached, because shop sales records must be kept. Unused points and vouchers are lost.

How to do it

1. Sign in at everion.app (or open the app: Profile, Delete account).
2. Open this page, type DELETE in the box and confirm.
3. No access to your account? Email app@everiontcg.com from the address you joined with and we delete it within 7 days.
