Privacy policy
Everion TCG ("Everion", "we") runs the Everion membership programme at everion.app and in the Everion app for our card shop at Senyawa+ Space, Jl. Raden Saleh Raya No.46A, Jakarta. This page explains what we collect about members and why.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email address, and (only if you add it) your phone number. If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email and an account identifier from them. We never see your Google or Apple password.
- Membership activity: points you earn and spend, shop purchases linked to your member card (amount, date, receipt number), IndoTCG marketplace orders linked to your membership, event sign-ups, check-ins, tournament results, badges, rewards and vouchers.
- Technical data: your language choice, a sign-in token stored on your device, and standard server logs (IP address, time, page) kept for security.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or payment card details. The app has no advertising and no third-party tracking.
How we use it
- To run your membership: show your card, points, rank, vouchers and event sign-ups.
- To show public rankings and member profiles inside Everion (your name, rank, badges and points, never your email or phone).
- To email you about your account and events you joined, and to message you on WhatsApp only if you switch that on.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers who process it for us: CardArc (our shop till and the IndoTCG marketplace, to match purchases to your membership), Resend (email delivery), Google and Apple (sign-in, if you choose them), WhatsApp (alerts, if you opt in), and our server hosting provider. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while you are a member. When you delete your account, your personal details are erased straight away; an anonymous record of past points and purchases is kept because shop sales records must be retained.
Your choices
- See and correct your details on your Profile page.
- Switch WhatsApp alerts on or off on your Profile page.
- Delete your account at any time: everion.app/account/delete, or in the app under Profile, Delete account.
- Ask us for a copy of your data by email.
Children
Membership is open to all ages at the shop. Members under 13 should join with a parent or guardian, who can ask us to remove the account at any time.
Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access to member data is limited to shop staff who need it.
